Check groupon. Have not paid more than 15 in three years for the boys cars.

Little emissions station behind the "Amoco" (I think it is amoco) at HW 92 exit. Get off and go left. Across from Home Depot.
I think it is $15 or maybe $12.

Another one going the same way - West on 92, right past the depot liquor store on right. About a 1/2 past Honda dealer.
They are cheap too.
