What I'm seeing is a sportered MKIII SMLE made at enfield. Forend looks shortened, and the lower handguard is missing. I assume the nosepiece and other bits are probably missing also. Charging bridge has also been removed. 1913 rifles are tough to find, but due to the condition, it's not going to be worth much. Collector value has been lost, and restoration would cost more than the end value. Enjoy it as a nice, historic shooter.
