Epoxy Putty, do you know about this stuff?

Working on a smoker rebuild.
Needed to marry a vent cap to the top of a smoker.

Roll it up, make a shape, and bam.
Bonds and handles up to 550F.
Sets in 5 min.
Cured in an hour.

This stuff is wild!
And around $3 a tube,
Even got half of it left over!

Ok, now it's painted and working great!
Just a bead around the vent.
Handles 350F.
Rock solid connection.

It's the bomb diggity .
Cheap fix.
Beats welding or JB Weld.
