I made a new sheath for the ESEE 4 this morning. It is kind of shiny looking because the sun is reflecting off of the Armor All that I clean finished sheaths with.

I did the slots in the OD kydex with a drill and cutting with a scroll saw. Then lots of work with a hand file and Scotch Brite pad to clean the edges. I kind of liked the way it turned out and may try to get a cleaner cut on another one with the water jet at work. Right now, it is too time consuming and not clean enough for me to offer as an option on the sheaths that I make for other people.

I didn’t make these. Nor did I polish this myself. I purchased it this way. It was some type of a one off done as a raffle. The individual o purchased it from received it from that event I believe
