OK, not real sure how to phrase this question but, here is the short of it.

If a will was probated, 7-8 years ago but, the deed to a house and land was never changed, what is left to do?

And, if said house still has insurance in the deceased name, and occupied the inherenter, would the ins. even be valid?

Weird as it is, it is what it is.

Yes! Paid from the estate account and current occupants account.

It matters not who occupies the dwelling. If the named insured is deceased the policy is not valid and the ins. co. will not pay.
