Excuse my french but my balls hurt

A couple weeks ago I spent 3 hours in the emergency room thinking I had ball cancer ( that is the scientific term ) 🤣. Anyway it turned out to be a Hydrocele. It's a water filled sack on the side of a gonad. It does hurt when I sleep wrong. I slept in the recliner and have for the last 8 or 9 years. Sometimes I wake up and it's hurting. Nothing to be done but wait and if it doesn't go away on its own then surgery time.
When I went to the ER as per my general practitioner a woman rubbed a sonogram wand in my balls for 1 hour. Painful and humiliating!

So what/s the treatment for a reduction in swelling.. I suspect it's not antibiotics

Dox said nothing but time will tell. I am to follow up with a urologist and keep an eye on it. If it gets worse the I will have to " Get the ball rolling!" . 🤣 I am presuming you caught that. He he he

Got one in my left nut. Looks weird with the one big guy. Had one on the right years ago, surgically drained and cleared. Hurt so bad healing I've just been living with this one.

A friend of mine (in his 70's at the time) told me that he knew he was getting old when he sat down in the tub and his balls floated to the top of the water! He never mentioned water IN his nuts! Good luck greg vess hope it gets better sooner than later!
