F U Costco

Costco's founder is a huge anti gun pro Obama liberal. I canceled my membership a few years ago after he sent employees an email encouraging them to reelect Obama. Costco expressly prohibits its employees from possessing firearms in their automobiles and fires violators. If a manager overhears an employee talking about hunting before or after work, he can demand to search the employee's vehicle.

I prefer not to do business with organizations like Costco.

All that being said, if you sign the membership agreement, you agree to the receipt check.
I knew I hated Costco for a reason. Business and politics should never mix.

I have a sams club membership just because there are things I can get there that I cant get elsewhere. And the prices are generally a little better than walmart typically. Normally I save enough in there to pay for the membership over the year.. If ever I didn't I would stop

So there's nothing in it for you?

Kinda like robbing Peter to pay Paul.

I'm not a member, so I don't have to go out of my way to shop there to save enough money to pay for a membership.
I just buy it when it's on sale at a local market, which will usually be cheaper than SAMS.

PC:
Probable cause to search for evidence or to seize evidence requires that an officer is possessed of sufficient facts and circumstances as would lead a reasonable person to believe that a crime has been committed and the suspect is the one who committed the crime. PC is required for arrest.

RAS:
Reasonable suspicion is a standard established by the Supreme Court in a 1968 case in which it ruled that police officers should be allowed stop and briefly detain a person if, based upon the officer’s training and experience, there is reason to believe that the individual is engaging in criminal activity. The officer is given theopportunity to freeze the action by stepping in to investigate. Unlike probable cause that uses a reasonable person standard, reasonable suspicion is based upon the standard of a reasonable police officer.

PC: reasonable person
RAS: reasonable police officer

The standards have been lowered for what is considered to be a "reasonable police officer", along with what is considered a "reasonable person standard", which is a vague description, at best.

I just love how some people like to down play, little old lady. I didn't see you next to me at the exit. How you know this, got magic ball?
And I'm the devil.
Need sprinkles?

"Employee theft

a. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce estimates that 75% of all employees steal at least once, and that half of these steal repeatedly.

b. The National Retail Federation stated that 60% of inventory losses are caused by employees. (2010)

c. 30% of corporate bankruptcies results from employer theft according to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce."

waste of time.
You can buy the same thing every where else cheaper.
Blank DVDs are cheaper at Brandsmart than Walmart. You can haggle price on tv's, appliances if you have cash. Should I go on or is your opinion gospel?

Oh yeah, you're the one who started this little bitchfest because you signed a contract and didn't want to honor it. Sounds right for modern society.
