Updated for 2019 Fall Matches.
Let me know if there are any errors.
Why did you omit the centerfire benchrest matches?

Second Sat of every month; 100 & 200 yds. Includes "Custom," "Modified," and "Factory" class. We alternate months shooting group and score. Entry fee is $20.00 and winner of each class usually gets money. http://rbgc.org/benchrest/benchrest.htm.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the BenchRest rules or schedule. This thread is focused on HighPower NRA & CMP Matches.
It would be good to see a thread all about BenchRest matches.

I've done the 100 yard clinic / reduced-distance HighPower match several times. It's fun and educational.
Good for beginners who have the right kind of rifle with iron sights and -generally speaking-- know how to operate it safely and somewhat effectively, but need coaching to apply the right technique in the right way to get dramatically better results.

And real experts shoot these matches too. It's not just for beginners and people working their way up the skills ladder.

This photo, from the RBGC website on the "200 yard rimfire matches" page shows me shooting my modified Ruger 10/22.
Probably from around 2008 or 2009, before I owned a shooting coat or real shooting glove.
(Now I'm too fat to fit in my coat.)
