Fantastic bullet puller

Yes. In an RCBS Rockchucker. It mars the sides where I grip the bullet. Increasing pressure doesn't seem to prevent this. The inside of the tool is very rough, amateurishly finished. Not a good product or value, even if $10 shipped.
That's interesting. Perhaps the quality is not what it was a few years ago when I got mine. I pulled a few .223 projectiles earlier this week and paid close attention to the result. There was no marring or deformation of any kind. The gripping area of the tool I have also appears to be well-machined. If the quality has indeed gone downhill, that's really unfortunate. I wish everyone's works as well as the one I have.

Got mine.
Love it.
No marring and effortless.
5 Stars.

Mil Spec GRIP-N-PULL Bullet Puller (Calibers 5.56, 7.62, 338 and 50 BMG)

one footnote: I, too, have arthritis and put one of my magazine caliber marker rubber bands on the handle portion. Holds well enough and takes some of the stress off the finger joints.
Glad it's working for you! I just used mine again this week and I'm still quite happy with it. And interesting idea about the rubber bands.
