tried the koji rice dry aging technique on some ribeyes. Koji rice from amazon, powder it in a blender, coat the steaks and leave them on a drying rack on a pan for 48 hours in the fridge. Wash the rice off,, salt and pepper and gril. I’ve cooked steak hundreds of times for the family, everyone agreed this is the best steak I’ve ever done. Couldn’t more highly recommend something!
