Came home to a trespasser again this evening. I pulled out my Marlin Model 60 that I’ve had since I was about his age. Ole eagle eye handled it.
BTW daughters LED headlights light the world.

I ended up grabbing a few bags of bug lawn granules and spread them out over my ornamental grass areas and they stopped tearing up the lawn.... I kind of like them around my property as they eat ticks and all the other creepy crawlers in the brush.

Yeah, they would jump straight up in the air when hit, and the suckers can run fast.

Whatever I have handy at the time. If I'm going out specifically for them I just take a 22 rifle because it does the job just fine.

My favorite kill was at west point lake, hammered drunk with a knock off samurai sword.

Came home last night from a birthday party and made the comment I wish I could catch the armadillo messing up my front flower beds. I reached in my pocket and grabbed my light and shined it across the yard. There it was rooting away. I had my 60 S&W j frame AIWB and loaded with DEWC. The first shot left it jumping and flipping and spewing. I shot it again and it stopped. Today I had to get out the pressure washer. The J frame played not.
