.22 LR hollow point. Used to head shoot 'em. Hated having to shovel up the nasty critters and haul 'em off. Now I just gut shoot 'em and they all run off in the woods somewhere and expire.

Whatever I have handy at the time. If I'm going out specifically for them I just take a 22 rifle because it does the job just fine.

My favorite kill was at west point lake, hammered drunk with a knock off samurai sword.

Expansion is key to a quick kill. Ive hit one with 7.62x39 fmj and was suprised it warranted a followup shot. Ive also hit one with winchester silver tip 223, and it was flipping a switch. By time my eyes adjusted from the flash it was motionless.

Its getting harder and harder to find at all and its now premium prices but for pigs and armadillos I like to use steel case HP 7.62X39
