Favorite Lamb Recipes

Hey all I am looking for some of your favorite recipes on cooking lamb. I will be getting an entire lamb processed soon and was just wondering if y'all had any favorite ways to cook em.

On a side note if anyone wants to buy a lamb let me know ( my neighbors are breeders)

I dont have any recipes but I love Lamb Vindaloo.

I just had some lamb chops a couple of days ago. Nothing exciting about the recipe, though. I just seasoned them with fresh rosemary, basil, oregano, and garlic pepper. Cooked them sous vide for about three hours at 129 F; and then seared them for two minutes per side over hot charcoal on the grill. Had steamed broccoli florets and asparagus for sides. They didn't turn out as rare as I prefer, so I will experiment with temps and cooking time on future cooks.
