By far the mosin nagant. Best bolt action for the money. Right behind that is the AK-47.

Mosin for sure. Read a post on this link about the garand for long range accuracy... really? There are a couple of hundred thousand frozen corpses that will disagree. The mosin has neen popping people at in incredible distances for Well over 100 years.
