I guess my comment regarding the Pentagon is just related to the fact that some folks (and you some times) take facts that really make no sense or are completely out of context and attempt to turn them into "conspiracies" of some sort or the other.

They may or may not have told me of a riot control device that used radio frequencies to disable anything perishable with an adjustable frequency, could use from ships or go mobile with it.Alot like the effect of a tazer but it could be isolated to a small area or drop a block of people if needed. Its troubling to believe that the tech exists, and certainly it upsets my sense of calm to believe someone would use it.

That being said, we have historical documents that verify our early attempts at this. Look at declassified documents starting with project paperclip and the mk ultra program. The intent and scope is clearly laid out. I find it hard to believe that anything so effective was ended by the Church commission. Humans don't walk away from any advantage they can get- it's just not in our nature.

Now if that's what they could and would do 60 years ago- consider the logical progression to present day.
