FDE SCAR 17 for $3k

Is that a good price? I kinda wanted one but I ain't about to spend no 3 grand for a battle rifle.
IMHO, $3k + tax is high, although good luck finding an FDE in stock anywhere else.
Another vendor just had black ones for $2,800, but they don't sell for the same premium as the FDE ones.

SCARs aren't in stock much in general. No, I wouldn't pay that much for one, but for anyone looking for one, it's available and about the market price. Cheaper than ODT!
Not sure. The FDE ones are anodized FDE minus the lower and stock, which are plastic.. It gives them that cool looking mismatched look, like the Geissele rails.
Nice! The pic on Palmettos website shows it with like a AAC brake on it, is that the norm nowadays? Mine has the PWS, I put one on my R700 bolt gun 2, wow at the difference that makes.
I think they used a stock photo of a SCAR-H, not the 17s. That stock photos should be the select fire version, not what you would get.
georgia gun store had them for 2700 not long ago
