The story certainly moved along, but after they take out the roof top guards at the Saviors HQ, nobody is capable of making the easier shot on Neegan while he bloviates on the balcony? Could have shot all of the lieutenants, too. It's those types of details that hobble this show. OK, so you need to drag the show out, and can't kill Neegan? Well, write something more clever than having him stand like a target dummy on a balcony.
