Cited it lacked standing and didn't really discuss merits if having legally armed citizens present is a public threat, one far too dangerous to allow or an asset and force multiplier considering the data acquired that reflects citizen's with a carry permit commit less crime than trained-certified LEO.

Both are exceptionally low and much lower than the general citizenry.

Honestly it would have been nice if he had let it go to trial. It would have set a good precedent and helped campus carry across the US.

Instead it got dismissed for lack of standing, which doesn't really help.
