Most of the courthouse statues in the South were made in the north to certain patterns. Northern town square Civil War statues look just like Southern town square statues, except for the rather insignificant insignia

Ask for/more detailed pictures before you send the money? If you don't do your homework before ordering something on the internet, then who can you really blame other than yourself? Neutral feedback is always there anyway if you really feel like you were wronged.
