Maybe there should be a function that you enter into a sale with someone from the PM like clicking “ deal made” and then both accept and then it prompts you to add feedback in a day?

You can either start a thread in Private Help like Gunanddoglover said or you can use the report button on the feedback and ask it to be removed. Either is fine.

Feedback system is, and will continue to be, completely voluntary. We aren't going to force people to use it if they'd rather not.

It really shouldn't be that big of a deal. Use it if you want, don't if you don't want. If you want feedback you left removed because you didn't get any in return, just request it and we'll do it, but it seems pretty counterintuitive and a bit petty to think feedback is that important to leave but only if it's reciprocated.
