Finally- Jack Reacher done Right!

Just glad it's not a completely unbelievable 5'7" Cruise.
But the dude is a bit awkward. Maybe that's true to the character.
Couple episodes left...

It followed the book closer than most. (Rambo, All Stephen King, Bourne…) As mentioned before, big time firearm faux pas. At least the actor fit the 6’5 character as opposed to Cruise’s 5’6. Child wrote in a lot of sarcasm and noir. I caught a lot of that in the series. Very well done for their newish foray into featured series films.

It was enjoyable, even the wife enjoyed it. Sometimes you just want to zone out and enjoy some cheesy action.

I thought Cruise did a good job. (I've never read the books). This latest edition is watchable, but very cliché and has a basic script. If this closely follows the book then I doubt I would read one.

The wife and I have enjoyed first 4 episodes.

The first episode was the best, been a little cliched since. Still entertaining to us!

I'm on episode 6. I've seen no "wokeness" yet in this show, just pure toxic masculinity and I am loving it!! I do think Cruise did a fine job in the movies, but enjoying the show more than the movies.

I enjoyed it because I like Lee Child books. Pretty far fetched on some of the conclusions, but who cares! Look for Lee Child's cameo appearance.

It’s ok. I tried watching season 1 and got burned out before finishing it. I may finish, but it was a little to easy to fall asleep to lol!
