Finding a Nanny?

What sites have yall used to find child care? We're new parents looking for someone to watch our boy at home Monday through Friday, 9-4.

Care.com seems reputable. Even though I work from home, trusting a stranger isn't gonna be easy...

Any advice would be appreciated!

We used care.com. Wife handled it but she was really stressed out by it. Seems like people go quickly, lots of ghosts and no shows like this site, fb marketplace and anything else these days. Give yourself plenty of time.

We had school teachers as summer nannies a few years ago. No intros needed, kids knew the teacher and so did we.

My wife and I discussed this at one point and her requirement was an old Cuban woman in her 70's or 80's. No young hot things running around the house. LOL

Pornhub.....they have they nannies you want.

He's only 6 months so we don't know anyone yet. But this is a great idea

We’ve found all of our child care needs through our church. We know them and get to watch them with other children. No regrets.
