I have a question for all the ODT experts here.

How much $ roughly would it cost to have a fireplace insert changed?
We have a modular home that is 20 years old.
The fireplace insert needs to be replaced including the chimney pipe.

Any good companies to recommend in the Madison-Eatonton area?

It may get by with only the chimney replaced.
I assume they have to pull shingles so it sounds like it could be a tricky job to DIY...
(but we do not want a fire hazard)

The owner is actually named Jack Frost-no joke.

He installed a fireplace insert with chimney flu for me and a pellet stove for my father-in-law.

Both have been in use for 10 years with no problems.
