Get yourself one of these.... called a Presto Pizazz.... heats on both sides, timed and selectable top/bottom/both.....best pizza cooker out there, IMO

My wife does a flat bread pizza, healthy and pretty good. We've also taken a frozen section supreme and loaded it down with everything including the kitchen sink. I love a good pizza
