While I have used them satisfactorily in the past, I can no longer recommend these people.
I don't know what has happened to them, but they currently have numerous complaints on record with the BBB, and my own recent experience has not been good either.

Simple: Ordered, got charged on CC, and nothing ... A month goes by and NO: Acknowledgement, Shipment or response to numerous e-mails or phone calls ... Another 2 weeks go by ... So, contacted CC holder and filed for a refund, which they (CC holder) provided.
