The title pretty much says it all. I need to drop about 25 lbs. And giving up beer will go a long way toward that goal.I'm not into sweets or even sodas. So over eating really isn't an issue. It's more of a beer guzzling lack of activity that I have to deal with.
So have any of yall given it up? If so, what did you replace it with that isn't loaded with more calories. I can only drink so much water.
