Well, last night I had my first heart attack. Had a stint put in to clear a full blockage. The Dr. said I am lucky to be alive. Hopefully this is my last one.

Glad you're here. Yes, you might need to change some things. It doesn't mean it's over. You can live a good long life with heart disease

Happy to hear you made it. My first was 90% blockage of widow maker Sep 3 2021. Had issues with AFib in may of this of year. Hang in there and do what your cardiologist tells you. I've that the "big time" specialists aren't like your PCP with the lose weight, stop drinking, workout more. They suggest it but will help you work around it some things so your like doesn't become a huge **** sandwich and you can still enjoy things in moderation.

Get well. Had one stent put in 17 days ago. Recovering and a new lease on life!

For all the inquiries, I am 58 and in good health except slightly high cholesterol. I quit smoking 10 years ago. I did like too many fried foods. That will stop and I will eat healthy from now on.
