Nothing wrong with that,bet it taste just like one killed opening day of season.
yep.when you skin one down it has a little muscle on the hide.
does not hook to anything,i guess its for twitching to get bugs off. its real thin,but if you are careful you can get it. fry it up in a little butter,oregano,garlic ,and a little red wine vinegar.
mix up the oregano,garlic,and vinegar. batter the meat with it,throw a pat of butter into a hot pan,then drop the meat on top. flip it and cook it to about medium to medium well.
so good!! works with any piece,but that little no load bearing muscle is like a filet mignon..
