I have a lot of guns, just finally decided to make an other. And I can't put collapsible stock, can't put anything but a brace, otherwise it's completely illegal. I have a collapsible stock though for when I move out.

Nah, I hear you man. Me personally Id put a standard fixed stock on it.

But to each their own. No qualms from me man. It looks good. (Except that blade brace)

Haha hell yeah man, I won't ever buy a shelf gun AR. I enjoy building it on my own, it's relaxing and I don't have to blow a ton of money up front. Plus like you said can upgrade parts. I am going to build a 300 black out, and ar10 next, whenever I have the money.

Just so we are on the same page...when guys say a "real stock" they mean something like this...standard A2 stock. Not collapsable, much more comfortable than a brace. Unless you just dont want an A2 stock and this is a hold over until you can use your collapsable.
