What's the quietest 9mm capable can available?

Most of the time a 45 cal can will be quieter due to extra volume. On the plus side, you can also shoot 45 out of it. Can't shoot 45 out of most 9mm cans.

And 40, and 22, 17hmr, 300aac subsonics. I'm sure I'm forgetting others.

With a 45 pistol can and a 30 cal rifle can you can suppress the VAST majority of common calibers.

22lr needs it own can just because of how dirty it is. I can shoot 50 rounds of 22lr and the can will be way worse than shoot several hundred center fire.

One thing that no one thinks about until after the fact is the cost of adaptors. On some cans, you can spend as much on adaptors as you will on the can. Also, go the mfg website and see if they are available. Nothing worse than having a can and no adaptor for the gun you want to use it on for any price.

Since were on the topic of adapters, the Optimus uses Griffin Revolution fixed adapters and pistons, for anyone looking at them. Also, some SilencerCo Octane adapters fit. I use their Evo 18x1 adapter for my Scorpion.
