Hansohn brothers is good about having hard to find stuff. They made the first 3 lug adapters for the tirant line.

Ecco machine can make you a direct thread adapter.

You might also try calling around to places, most places, that don't do an online inventory for nfa accessories. Stoddards, big woods goods, johns creek gun shop, Cherokee gun and pawn. It's gonna need to be a place that's been NFA for a while as the Tirant series disappeared for a while.

Asked ECCO about making a barrel spacer and they said no. Just sent them a message about making. A direct thread adapter. Good idea

There is an Oring on the inside of the fixed barrel spacer that rides along the piston shaft. Also a washer of some type
