Ecco machine can make you a direct thread adapter.
You might also try calling around to places, most places, that don't do an online inventory for nfa accessories. Stoddards, big woods goods, johns creek gun shop, Cherokee gun and pawn. It's gonna need to be a place that's been NFA for a while as the Tirant series disappeared for a while.

There is an Oring on the inside of the fixed barrel spacer that rides along the piston shaft. Also a washer of some typeIf you know the OD & ID , I can make them.
