I only draw on an individual that is a known threat. If I am in a neighborhood conducting an investigation on someone and someone is brandishing a weapon or open carry I will take notice. I will maybe keep my hand on my weapon but not drawn. If that person becomes irritable or irate then I'm drawing. But just drawing on someone because they are carrying...NEVER....not while I am in LE....That Sheriff is an arrogant a$$....
