What's up fellow ODT'ers?

I have a Diamondback DB15 AR Pistol, 7.5" barrel that I am looking to replace the flash hider. Problem is, after appx 700 rounds it appears that it is completely stuck on the barrel. I live in Midtown and don't have a vise grip (Yet...), but my general pressure with a standard AR15 wrench tool won't make it budge. Does anyone have any suggestions besides going and finding a vise at the local Home Depot? If anyone is in the Midtown area and is willing to help, it would be much appreciated as well.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions / help!

It may damage the flash hider, but you're replacing it; find an old screwdriver, or flat steel bar, and slip it through the slots in the F/H, to use as a wrench.

if you have a torch, candle, flame, etc. heat the end of the brake, and down to the threaded portion and try while its hot. the heat is what made it stick more than likely but it will expand only the brake maybe enough to break it loose, no not hear the barrel while doing this or you'll worsen the problem.
