Bought this 80ac a few years ago thinking I might move, well not gonna happen anytime soon.. It is an awesome hunting tract and would be a great place for a bug out or hunting cabin...

It is located about 20 miles from Savannah TN near the wide spot in the rd called Clifton and only 6 miles from the TN river.. It is all wooded and has a small year round spring fed creek. A little hilly but has a nice hardwood bottom which is too be expected near a river..

Property around it does not get hunted much and I have only hunted this tract 3 times in 3 years..

List price $85000 just appraised at $87k

It's south of clifton TN I will load a google image in a second, because of the shape it's easy to find.. roughly drew in prop line in yellow..

it fronts two gravel roads the one to the SE is how you get in to the property it dead ends and no houses on in, in fact closest house is about .5 a mile..

Land usually doesn't have an address unless there is a structure on it. It may have a plot number but most likely doesn't have a street address.
