Ford Tremor vs Chevy ZR2 HD

One of the biggest mistakes of my life was trading my 2017 F350 Powerstroke for a 2021 Tundra and I'm looking to get back into a HD pickup ASAP.
My wife and I test drove a Super Duty Tremor with the 7.3 gas as well as the 2500 ZR2 with the 6.6 gas.
I've never been in a gas HD truck that pulled like that 7.3 Godzilla. Very impressed with that truck. The flip side is that I've never ridden in a HD truck that rode as nice as that ZR2.

Anyone in here own either of these trucks? What's your opinion on them?

GM 6.6 gasser ? You mean 6.2 ?

6.6 gasser. Excellent power plant and not prone to the lifter and bearing failures the 6.2 and 5.3 stuff has these days.

No. The gas motor in the HD trucks is a 6.6L. This changed in 2020 (I think) and it replaced the old 6.0L. The 6.2L is in the 1/2 ton trucks. It's not a HD motor.

23 model bought in September of 2022 had it 3 days left for Wyoming hunted for 10 days and came back home, only thing done was general maintenance so far, im 100% happy with this truck GMC 2500 HD

Well if it was me, I'd look for an older truck. Now that said, I do like that 7.3L big block. I've been driving a Ford big block for 31yrs and counting. The same truck. These new trucks just aren't what the older ones are. Ask Wildbill about his GM. He'll give you an ear full of bad news.
