Foreign seafood

This is a Morton Bay Bug or just called a bug. It is bigger than a prawn but smaller than a lobster, they are caught in our local bay and to my mind sweeter than any other seafood. So if you ever get to Oz you know what to order.

All of the restaurants (especially Mex and Chinese) switching to tilapia for anything doing with fish because it's the cheapest piece of crap you can find, really grinds my shorts. I always ask what fish they are cooknig, and if it's tilapia I have a burger.
Same. Wife looks at me when I order burgers at places that I should have something a bit more exotic. I be like "nope".

Y'all ever seen the videos of docs wiping alcohol on people's faces to get the worms to come out? The worms come from eating the local fish and not cooking thoroughly enough.

Tilapia can live in water so nasty it will kill catfish...
