I REALLY like roller locked guns in general. If AKs werent so much cheaper I'd probably be rocking some flavor of MP5 and HK93/clone.

Well, I decided to go back to school and work on my PhD. Will start next Spring or Fall next year.
I will be able to go into full time teaching afterwards, so after kids move out, I could have my summers off and play.

I'm a big fan of roller locks. I've got a pretty decent collection of them going. I got real lucky on my MP5's . Was able to get a Zenith 5RS, 5P, (and a 43P) for around ~$1450 each back when they first came out. I knew a guy that had a connection with Zenith at the time and they were just getting their name out there. Been real happy with them but they are kind of difficult to get now (import issues)

Zenith!JDS556762 experience with his Omega makes me reconsider my plans for Omega built MP5.
And I already have 5 POF MP5 mags.
Should I just get a PTR built one?
PS Why MP5 and not AR9?
Size. And I love the recoil impulse on roller locks. Played with Cetme L a few nights ago. Such a nice piece of machinery.
