That is a late Bulgarian "Y" top. These have a grippy textured paint. Most did not have any stamps.

Notice also that the horizontal ribs at the bottom of the magazine appear thinner than the ribs on other magazines. Also the spline does not come as high off the back of the magazine.

That's what I thought about the couple Russian mags I ended up with, but the weld spots on the front lug were higher up than the usual Rom y. Did some research on the spine stamps and whaddayaknow?!?!
