I see atlantic has the top loading with pouch for 150 ish with shipping or 65 for the clear back self winding one

Clear are new Korean drums. I would take an older all metal Korean over clear, and Romanian copy of the Chinese backloader over any Korean.
Arms Of America had Romanian for under $100. Watch, they might come back in stock. Other places have it for $120 and up, wish I could find links now.
I like Atlantic top loaders.

I think Classic was selling those clear back KCI drums for $39.99 a month or two ago. That being said, I waited until Romanian back loader drums hit $89 and bought a few then. Just have to keep an eye out and be ready to buy. I think $99 is a good price for those too.
