I think the grips have come back
There was a spat about the mags with Xtech, so maybe that slowed things down. Idk really what the deal is at this point

I like the Polish orange fatty grips and the black Yugo grips for some reason

Years back I waited forever to get a us palm grip just to get one and my dang hands are too small, didn’t fit me good

Tando Down...who designed the grip in the first place and manufactured it exclusively for US Palm....is now manufacturing the grip and selling it under the Tango Down brand name for $25 or so.

Sweet. I remember those US Palm grips selling for quite a bit of money at one point

OK, mag check what are these? And what should I be looking at for in nice quality mags that don't break the bank? The first one runs like a champ, the 2nd one is a bit of a tight fit when doing reloads, almost seems as if that catch on it is just a hair longer?
I know , I know , welcome to the dark side and all

1st one is NOT East German. Close up of the follower as well as of the top portion of mag would help. Any stamps on the spine or mag body?

Maaaaan... I sold an AR this past weekend and it took a lot of discipline not to immediately burn the cash on more gun stuff (which is what I do 99% of the time). Saving up pennies for when the Two Rivers bill comes due. That's gonna suck and I am planning on literally chopping up my credit card after that.

Preaching to the choir. Sold my unfired 590 shockwave just to finish paying off that second sar 3 ( turned out to be unfired, with the box so well worth it) I bought a few weeks ago. I had to send the payment to the CC before buying ammo that I saw on sale... pain felt mi amigo

Yep - CII AMD had a crap barrel, overgassed, broken barrel pin, and egged out trunnion holes. Replaced most of the front end with WBP and Circle 11 parts since that's the best that was available at the time.

I have a couple of WBP and Circle 11 AKs, and you did just fine on the parts, you know that.
