form 1 completed what other docs do I need?

I'm ready to mail my form 1... I think. I went trust route and Ive filled out the form on. Got a money order. I'm trying to figure out what other forms I need. I know I need a certified copy of my trust but is there anything else?

All your trust docs, double check your info, trust name, etc.

Just curious, why go paper instead of electronic?

Should be it. As Laz said, double and triple check everything and send it in. I would have efiled though.

Efile was pretty easy. There are plenty of YouTube videos that can walk you through it. I had a couple questions and they were answered during the walk through.

With the trust docs do I need to include the schedule A? If so does it need to be up to date?

I decided to go paper for a few reasons. Mainly because just closed accounts with one bank and moved to another. Also I wasn't sure if credit card gift cards would work in efile as there is no name on the card.
