I have/had a bellsouth.net email account I had to simply stop using it....I don't even check it anymore...I would get 10-20 junk emails a day on it...finally had to set up another email on a different domain...don't know if it was me, or Bellsouth....don't have the problem on my other 2 email accounts...

I have three different emails right now. Four I guess if you count work.

One is for Google stuff, and only used for logging in to their stuff. I have a Yahoo email that's my 'junk collector'. I use that for everything that I have to use an email for but don't actually care about.

Then I have my 'real' email, that goes through Earthlink's filters as well as the spam filter in Thunderbird.

we do the same thing, NO NO NO Debit cards used, in fact i took the wife debit card away and only use low limit CC

Drugs, phones and scams all from a prison. I heard drugs were cheaper in the inside. 24 hour calls on phones and the ability to scam the public. I mean what recourse is there. They are probably lifers and there is no recourse. Quite a system of incarceration we have isn't it!

there is no recourse for anyone including the officers that bring the cell phones into the prisons. The officers lose their job but they are not prosecuted in the courts. The stories I could tell you.....
