My son is eight and I finally convinced him to let his first bike go to someone that could use one. Will not win any beauty contests, but is fully functional and tires hold air.
The front wheel on the scooter needs a shot of oil so it will spin freely. It’s been outside, but I know it will get in useable shape easily.
I would say the bike is ideal for 3-6 years old.
