Hey Realtor , do you have a way to load the logs? I have an 80 year old widow who relies solely on wood for winter heat who can use all we get. She burned 6-10 cords per year. I have a flat trailer we can stack logs on and can cut it at her house. When her sons are in town they split ans stack what I bring. I just can't load or pick up anything.

I don’t have any big machinery unfortunately , I think I’m gonna have to pay for a dumpster and my friend with mini excavator to get it out.

the only other way would be cut here and load it by hand
