I think I remember a thread from about 2 years ago.
But is is worth saving 100 bucks, only to find you made a mistake, and had to wait 9+ months to find out? How long is the second wait going to be after you, hopefully, do it right the 2nd time?

I hear ya, it's just this retirement thing has cut off my cash flow and I'm just trying to save a little money. I don't know why I need a can, I can't hear s**t anyway.

Dean will also make modifications to your trust down the road if need be and you have the piece of mind that those modifications are being done correctly. He modified the original trust he created for me. If you are stepping into the addictive, expensive NFA arena, hiring Dean is a no-brainer. The most important money you will spend.
In what scenarios would it need modifying? Just curious since I also use a trust for class 3 ****.
Changing co-trustees or beneficiaries, changing address, updating or re-stating the trust in case some new legislation is passed that make it necessary to do so.
