So if I run a private business, I will be required to give away a portion of my product away for free without reimbursement because someone does not make as much money as the local govt. thinks they should. Wow, just wow. Epic failure for America. What's next, free Big Macs, free gas, free furniture, free clothes. Why any private business would choose to stay there is beyond me.
