It will pay for itself. Modern pressure treat needs more maintenance than ever before. You will get your money back. Looks like Fortress rail. If it is they make really good stuff.

It is the fortress rail. That stuff is worth the money just in the time saved. But even with that at 100 bucks a section, by the time you figure lumber and time with the pickets it's not much more expensive. Once l got the rhythm l could put up a section in about 15 minutes. Made a jig for the brackets. The stairs were a little tricky though.
