Fresh local clams

Littleneck Clams farmed right here in Sapelo Sound. Steamed and then made a butter, garlic, and bacon sauce with some of the steaming liquid. Delish.

Damn dude! You need to find me one of them older single wides on one of the streets that dead end at a boat ramp. Oh and just enough yard for 2 cars and a boat. I still dig Shellman.

Littlenecks are good eating. I used to hunt them, by foot, in mud flats in Maine, back in my college days.
