Layer out a pack of crappie for supper and my wife told me we needed more for company. Went back to the freezer and a pack of trout fillets caught my eye. They were both delicious!! Paired with sautéed cabbage and homeade tartar sauce.

This may sound weird, but are you willing to adopt a 39 year old married man? I'm house trained (mostly).

My brother recently came from Texas to visit, brought a ton of crappie and white bass frozen with him. He guides people at Lake Ivy, and provides the boat, gear, and fish cleaning service. He routinely brings back 40 to 60 large fish a trip. The fish fry he did here was one of the best I have ever tasted. He did fried fish, for fish tacos and for a fish plate, with home fires and fried zuchinni slices.
