Frog legs

I’ve had them in a restaurant and they tasted similar to chicken but had fresh caught home fried ones and they tasted more similar to shrimp.

Wild caught are much better than store or restaurant bought, IMO. Great adventure as a kid going frog gigging. My dad would make us clean the front legs too on the bigger frogs lol
